HOW DO I ORDER A MVR?
DMV, MVR, MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT, DRIVING RECORD
An MVR can be ordered through the website ~ go to the EMPLOYEE CONTROL CENTER, click on the + symbol to the left of the person's name, select MVR / DMV DRIVING RECORD and follow the prompts.
